1. How much does shipping cost?
If you wish to find out the shipping cost for one or more products to your location, please add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart proceed to the checkout where the full shipment cost will be made clear before completing your order.
We offer free shipping any order over $150, below $150, the postage is $10.
2. Does the shipping cost include local tax, import duties and customs clearance costs?
The shipping cost does not cover any local taxes, import duties, or customs clearance costs levied by your government. The buyer is responsible for these import-related costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Usually, no extra payment is needed after you made the purchase on our website!
3. Which courier company do you use?
We offer EMS/DHL (we recommend EMS though DHL is faster but not safer) service for delivery.
4. Do you offer alternate shipping methods?
Currently, only EMS/DHL is available. We are in the process of reviewing other delivery modes. Customers will be notified when other shipping methods become available.
5. Can you ship my order using my courier account?
This is not an available option as a standard delivery procedure is to be applied to all orders.
6. When will the goods be delivered?
The goods will be shipped 24h to 48h business time after the payment has cleared. It will take another 4 – 7 business days for actual delivery to occur. A Shipping Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you advising your Airway bill number once your shipment has been dispatched. There are some rare instances where shipments will be held at Customs and this may prolong the delivery time. Please note that this is beyond our control.
7. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries. If, for whatever reason, we cannot ship to your location, our Customer Service representative will contact you.
8. How to get Tracking Number?
We will ship all the orders within 24h to 48h business time if the payment have completed or cleared, except on holidays or weekends, and will email you the tracking number. Usually your package is traceable 24-48 hours after the shipment done. You can track the detailed transportation information online by the tracking number.
9. Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order with us, it's better not to change any of the information you have given us, as most orders are dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to contact the shipper directly and have your delivery details changed. If there is no-one to sign for your delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. We will email you for your new address and re-arrange delivery. But you need to bear the shipping cost for the redelivery!
10. What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don`t have my order?
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or roommates. They may have signed for the package for you! If there is no tracking information, or you cannot locate the package, please e-mail us.
11. What should I do if I miss the delivery?
If you miss the delivery, please call the courier company to arrange redelivery or go to pick it up! Please e-mail us if you come across any difficulty and we are glad to help!
12. Do you provide drop-shipment?
Yes, we provide free drop-shipment. We can ship your order to your client directly according to the shipping address provided by you when you place the order on our site.
13. What should I do, if I can’t receive my package for a long time?
If you can't receive the package for a long time (more than 20 days), please inquire your mail in your local express company by your tracking number. Meanwhile, please inform us by Email immediately. We will contact the express company for the information for your parcel.
We are not responsible for the delivery delay caused on the misplay of order handle by customer (such as the incomplete address, the order by delete).
We are not responsible for service failures and losses caused by force majeure. These reasons include but not limit to: Natural disaster; war or Embargo; force majeure; Inherent flaw of shipment; caused by feasance and nonfeasance by consignee, the third man, custom or outer government department.
14. Which situations will my order be delayed?
Orders may be delayed or can not be sent out for the following reasons:
Wrong or Unspecific adress you provided us.
Order is pending a credit approval and verification.
A product is currently out of stock.
An order which requires special customization.
An order is shipped to a special location.
